PrimeLand is a personally-operated informational catalog of land opportunities in Georgia. We are not a registered company, a licensed real-estate broker, or a public registry. The site has no user accounts and no visitor database.
What we collect
- Aggregated analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). Page views, referrer, and approximate country. No cookies are set and individual visitors are not identified.
- Intent events. We record when someone clicks the "Show phone", "Call", "WhatsApp", or language-switch buttons. Each event stores only the listing identifier (slug) and locale - no phone numbers, names, or IP addresses.
What we do not collect
- No user accounts, logins, or profiles.
- No contact form - the site does not receive messages from visitors.
- No tracking cookies.
- No names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or other personal data of visitors.
Third-party services
The site uses several third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Vercel - hosting and aggregated web analytics.
- Google Maps - map iframe loaded from Google when a listing page is opened.
- WhatsApp - external link that opens only after the visitor clicks it.
- Google Fonts - fonts served to the browser.
Phone numbers on listings
Phone numbers shown on listings belong to the land owners and are published with their consent so potential buyers can contact them directly. We do not share visitor information with owners. If you are the owner and want your phone or the whole listing removed, write to primeland.georgia@gmail.com.
Location data
Coordinates and maps on listings are shown approximately to illustrate the land's position. We do not track visitor geolocation.
Your rights
You can email primeland.georgia@gmail.com to:
- Ask what (aggregated) statistics we have.
- Request removal of data related to a listing you own.
- Send feedback or a complaint.
Under Georgian law you can also contact the Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge).
